Founder/HR & SMB Business Consultant
Jason Phillips Bass brings over two decades of expertise in business management and human resources leadership. As the owner and consultant at HR PROF SVCS LLC, Jason has successfully led numerous HR or SMB programs, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence across various industries. His deep knowledge of federal and state regulations ensures compliance and organizational efficiency in hospital, home health and food service organizations.
Jason excels in workforce development, recruitment, retention, and succession planning. His experience spans multiple states including Arizona, Delaware, Ohio, Colorado, Texas, Wisconsin, Indiana & Kentucky. Notably, he has guided the opening of several businesses, including minority-owned enterprises, and has a proven track record of enhancing onboarding & orientation processes, increasing employee engagement, lowering employee turnover, employee dispute resolution, and organizational development.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jason is an ordained minister, an active member of several prestigious organizations, including the American Society of Safety Professionals, Society for Human Resources Management and the Human Capital Institute. He is also dedicated to community service, and has volunteered with Upwardly Global, American Cancer Association, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Vonteer Guardianship Program, and the National Alliance for Mental Illness.

Alisa J. Evans
HR Consultant
Alisa has a rich background in behavioral health and healthcare settings, having worked at several behavioral health and substance use disorder hospitals as a Mental Health Technician and in nursing administration as a Scheduler and Assistant to the CNO. Her experience extends to roles as an STNA in various skilled nursing facilities, a Home Health Aide, and an HR Assistant, Reception Manager, and Admissions Specialist at a Physical Rehab Hospital. Alisa is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree in HR Management.
Alisa & Jason initially met at SUN Behavioral Columbus, their professional connection was instant. At the time Alisa was a technician and Jason was the Intake Manager. Jason was immediately impressed with Alisa's hard work and dedication to her job, her coworkers and her patients. Several employers later, Jason and Alisa met up again and quickly Alisa became his right hand, consistently stepping up when HR challenges arose. Jason credits much of his success to her unwavering support and ability to tackle complex situations with professionalism, organization, and excellent people management skills. Her exceptional work ethic and dependability made such an impact that Jason brought her on as a consultant, where she continued to impress him and others with her dedication and problem-solving abilities, always coming through when no one else could.
Alisa is currently working for us as needed, but her full-time role is as an Admissions Specialist at Ohio Health/Select Rehabilitation Hospital.
Outside of work, Alisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, and her children and grandchildren.
